A while ago we launched our customer facing Branded Returns product to make it easier for our retailers to automate some of the manual process around returns, reduce the number of returns and charge the end customer for returns. As of today, this Returns portal is now included at no extra cost in all subscriptions Saturn and higher. It takes just one click to enable, and is highly configurable.
